My 9 year old boy was really struggling with joint and hip pain, after numerous vet visits there was no serious diagnosis, just strange pain and I didn't know why. I was recommended this bed and WOW such an amazing change, he's not as stiff anymore and got some playful energy back. vet said it was a great move to get a bed like this

LOL my girl is in love with this bed as you can see, I've noticed a huge difference in her stiffness and pain. The orthopaedic material has helped her since she's prone to spinal issues. This bed is awesome! I got the last of this colour in stock

Refund Eligibility

Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

IF LEGITIMATE DAMAGE IS FOUND TO THE BED UPON UNBOXING (E.G COVER IS NOT REMOVABLE LIKE WE HAVE STATED IT IS)

OR IF YOUR ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED AND IS CONFIRMED LOST BY THE CARRIER

Please note that all product measurements, size guides, and weight restrictions are clearly listed in the product title and sizing chart available for you to see prior to purchase.

Because sizing and colour cannot be adjusted after an order is placed, we strongly encourage all customers to carefully review the size guide and confirm their colour choice before completing their purchase.

If You Do Receive a Refund:
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping & Delivery

Product Packaging:

To make life easier for our customers, SafeHaven beds are shipped in durable, hard plastic packaging rather than bulky cardboard. This keeps your bed protected throughout transit while also making disposal simple — no oversized boxes taking up bin space for weeks, no wrestling with awkward flat-pack cardboard. Once unpacked, the packaging breaks down easily for quick, hassle-free disposal or recycling.

Standard Shipping — FREE

Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days after dispatch. (Shipping and delivery may take up to 7-14 business days during busy periods).

We offer free standard shipping on all orders across Australia. No minimum spend. No hidden fees. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all states and territories across Australia including metro, suburban and most regional areas. For remote or rural locations delivery may take slightly longer than the estimated timeframe.

Delays

While we do everything we can to meet our estimated delivery windows, delays can occasionally occur due to courier volume, public holidays or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 12 business days of dispatch please reach out to us and we will investigate immediately.

Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all please contact us a info.pawsfurreal@gmail.com.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.

Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size, colour, or variant, just reach out to our support team within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort it out for you.

If the item arrives damaged or faulty, we will cover the full cost of the exchange, including shipping. To process this, we require photo proof of the damage taken at the time of unboxing, showing the packaging and the item as received. This helps us confirm the damage occurred in transit or manufacturing, rather than after use or handling.

Exchanges for damage without this proof, or where damage appears to have occurred after unboxing or use, will be treated as a non-faulty exchange and the $40 AUD fee will apply.

How to Request an Exchange
