Before seeing this bed I didn’t realise how little support my dogs old bed was giving him. Kaiser is a 38 kg shepard and the foam holds his weight without him sinking through to the floor.

I honestly wasn’t sure Bella would use it because she usually prefers our couch, but she climbed straight in as soon as we unpacked it. She’s 10 now and can be a bit stiff after sleeping, so I wanted something more supportive. She seems to settle much better on this and loves resting her head on the side.

Archie used to get up and move around a few times during the night. Since changing his bed, he seems to stay settled for much longer. I can’t say it has completely changed his stiffness, but he definitely looks more comfortable and isn’t constantly readjusting himself anymore.

I needed something I could actually clean properly. The cover was easy to remove and came out of the wash looking good. It did take a little effort to put back on the first time, but it was much easier once I worked it out.

I expected an orthopaedic bed to feel quite hard, but this one is still soft and cosy on top. Rosie is nearly 12 and usually takes a while to find a comfortable position. Now she curls up against the raised edge and falls asleep pretty quickly. She even chooses it over the rug now.

Milo always sleeps with his head propped up on something, so the bolstered sides are perfect for him. He curls himself into the corner every night and looks so comfortable. We’ve only had it for a few weeks, so I can’t comment on long-term durability yet, but it feels sturdy and well made.

I’ve washed it twice already and it has held up well. She spends most afternoons asleep in it and seems to love the soft fabric. I also liked knowing the materials are non-toxic because she rubs her face all over everything.
