I was sick of pills and expensive meds

My vet put my girl on glucosamine, didn't even help her joint pain. this bed genuinely helped her joint issues and supported her through the night. I notice she wakes up smoother with little to no stiffness and she's gained her playful energy back

Great bed, She went straight to it

I honestly wasn’t sure Bella would use it because she usually prefers our couch, but she climbed straight in as soon as we unpacked it. She’s 10 now and can be a bit stiff after sleeping, so I wanted something more supportive. She seems to settle much better on this and loves resting her head on the side.

Archie is sleeping much better

Archie used to get up and move around a few times during the night. Since changing his bed, he seems to stay settled for much longer. I can’t say it has completely changed his stiffness, but he definitely looks more comfortable and isn’t constantly readjusting himself anymore.

The washable cover sold me

I needed something I could actually clean properly. The cover was easy to remove and came out of the wash looking good. It did take a little effort to put back on the first time, but it was much easier once I worked it out.

Soft but still supportive, love the blue colour

I expected an orthopaedic bed to feel quite hard, but this one is still soft and cosy on top. Rosie is nearly 12 and usually takes a while to find a comfortable position. Now she curls up against the raised edge and falls asleep pretty quickly. She even chooses it over the rug now.

He loves the raised sides

Milo always sleeps with his head propped up on something, so the bolstered sides are perfect for him. He curls himself into the corner every night and looks so comfortable. We’ve only had it for a few weeks, so I can’t comment on long-term durability yet, but it feels sturdy and well made.

Comfortable and easy to keep clean

I’ve washed it twice already and it has held up well. She spends most afternoons asleep in it and seems to love the soft fabric. I also liked knowing the materials are non-toxic because she rubs her face all over everything.

    Can I exchange or return SafeHaven?

    Yes! If you'd like a different size or colour, we offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as the bed is unused and in its original packaging. If your bed arrives with a fault or quality issue, we'll cover return and exchange shipping costs too — no questions asked. This is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law

    What size SafeHaven should I get for my dog?

    SafeHaven is available in sizes for all breeds, from small dogs right up to extra-large breeds up to 50kg. As a general guide, measure your dog from nose to tail while lying down and add a few centimetres for comfortable stretching room — this matters more than breed alone, since senior and joint-affected dogs often prefer extra space to shift positions. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up so they're never cramped.

    Is SafeHaven suitable for puppies?

    Yes absolutely! In fact, the earlier your dog's joints receive support, the better. For puppies, we recommend our size small.
