We ONLY offer refunds in the following circumstances:

IF LEGITIMATE DAMAGE IS FOUND TO THE BED UPON UNBOXING OR PRODUCT IS FAULTY (E.G COVER IS NOT REMOVABLE LIKE WE HAVE STATED IT IS)

OR IF YOUR ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED AND IS CONFIRMED LOST BY THE CARRIER

Please note that all product measurements, size guides, and weight restrictions are clearly listed in the product title and sizing chart available for you to see prior to purchase.

Because sizing and colour cannot be adjusted after an order is placed, we strongly encourage all customers to carefully review the size guide and confirm their colour choice before completing their purchase.

If You Do Receive a Refund:
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders across Australia. No minimum spend. No hidden fees. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all states and territories across Australia including metro, suburban and most regional areas. For remote or rural locations delivery may take slightly longer than the estimated timeframe.

Delays

While we do everything we can to meet our estimated delivery windows, delays can occasionally occur due to courier volume, public holidays or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 12 business days of dispatch please reach out to us and we will investigate immediately.

Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all please contact us a info.pawsfurreal@gmail.com.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.

Exchanges
